From an early age, I have been connected with movement and bodywork—it has always been my natural way of self-regulation and self-connection. I explore myself on many levels: in contact with other people, through traveling and discovering the world, and by experiencing different cultures through bodywork, touch, and massage.
I am a physiotherapist by education, as well as a yoga teacher and Pilates instructor. I specialize in massage techniques such as Lomi Lomi Nui, Thai and Tantra massage.
